Coloco encima media calabaza o dos medias si caben, con piel y la pongo a asar. Hay quien pone azúcar por encima, depende de lo dulce que la quieras, si la calabaza es buena, no necesita mucho más pero si te apetece luego comerte las pepitas azucaradas puedes inclinarte por añadir azúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Carmen, me alegro de que compartas este gusto por la calabaza, con tan buenas propiedades.&lt;br /&gt;Ajonjolí, las calabazas de tu huerto deben ser puro placer de Dioses, me imagino.&lt;br /&gt;María, bueno, un poco larga sí que es la cocción pero tiene su recompensa. Lo que nunca se me había ocurrido era acompañarla de nueces y miel. En otoño lo probaré, y te invito a que pruebes los boniatos, verás.
